What We Do Best

BMS is a consulting firm that helps entrepreneurs and small business owners tackle tedious and time consuming administrative tasks. BMS offers a variety of services including bookkeeping, business planning, marketing planning,  project management, organization and process improvement. We focus on the necessary evils of running a business, allowing business owners to focus on growing their businesses.

 OUR GOAL

   The goal of Business Management Solutions, Inc is to help small businesses be successful. Many small businesses are started with a good idea or a talent that somebody has that is marketable.  When the small business owner decides to set up shop it becomes rapidly apparent that there is more to running a business than just knowing that what you have to offer is something that people will pay for.  There is so much that must go on behind the scenes to properly conduct transactions, continuously draw in new customers, stay within the laws, and of course grow.

      Often times we begin working with clients who are losing sleep over finances and bookkeeping (or lack thereof).  We certainly have our share of clients that just have no idea how to properly record transactions and track the business finances in a way that helps them to make sound decisions as well as keep their tax liabilities to a minimum.  At BMS we know how to process those day to day transactions and we work closely with your accountant to ensure that items are being posted in a way that affords you the best possible tax implications.

      While bookkeeping is a major challenge for the small business owner, there are many other tasks that can seem daunting.  We have helped businesses create business cards and brochures, brainstormed sales promotions, researched software solutions, created social media marketing campaigns, planned trade show appearances, selected and ordered client gifts, reorganized entire office filing systems, and helped migrate to new accounting software.
