This level of service includes:

Monthly Bank Reconciliations:

• Entering and Posting Transactions
• Reconciling Statements 
• Reporting to Principal to show current financial standing and profitability through Profit & Loss and Balance Statements.

• Processing of accounts receivable
• Creation of clients/customers invoices
• Produce weekly report of outstanding accounts receivable 
• Process accounts payable
  
• Enter bills
• Produce weekly report of outstanding accounts payable

We primarily use Quickbooks software, both desktop and online, for standard bookkeeping services. Our bookkeeping knowledge can easy utilize other softwares, including industry specific programs.
